Absolutely amazing and affordable. I Was able to drop my car off after hours and they were able to diagnose the issue the very next day. Very friendly staff and they kept me updated the whole time, even going the extra mile to reach out a week later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Will forever recommend them!

I would give 6 stars if available! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and thorough with what I needed. Kyle, Jacob and Kim were fantastic! The company pet, Rufus, stole my heart! No need to “shop” anywhere else! Pro Auto is all you need!

PRO AUTO CAR addressed IMMEDIATELY my need for a new car battery and two new tires in less than 24 hours! This was shortly after we all just began to recover here from a major snow/ice storm! I was offered options on tire choices, with explanation of advantages to all. Jacob, Kyle, and the entire staff and car mechanics/technicians, etc. ARE THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONALS; knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! I even had a courtesy drive back home after I dropped off my car. Pro Auto Care is your BEST BET for car repair services! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great experience with Pro Auto Team - kind, fast, professional, and with great pricing (the A14 service for my Honda was a full $1k cheaper than at the Honda dealership). They are also transparent and honest about the service items that you vehicle does and does not need. Great Team to have around - I'm definitely coming back!

I had a great experience from the first call. They were able to get me in quickly and were able to fix the issue with my truck at a very reasonable price. Shout out to Jacob! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was my contact from the beginning and I was his customer. I didn’t have to speak to several different people. He walked me through the quote and was there to answer any questions and communicated throughout the process. Thank you!

Man listen, as a single woman, who men and mechanics like to prey on... I can always count on Jacob and the PAC team! I am so thankful I've found an auto shop, and guys I can trust. Are they a tad bit higher than others...?... sure, however between their great attitudes, the ability to get a free loaner car, and their honesty and transparency... that lil extra money is worth it to me. Plus their waiting room has great snacks, coffee and charging ports. If you know me, I am rarely "completely satisfied and without complaint". Those techs and this company is "good with me".

We have you used Pro Auto Care for years and they have never failed us the quality of work and the quality of service and the price is better than your dealership so give it a whirl. It’s the best. yes, and they fixed a Tear in a motor mount they fixed my brakes so and they work on all different kinds of cars mines of Volvo so give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. You’ll be glad and it will meet your expectations!!!

I have been here twice now with both of our Mustangs. This place has it together. They are courteous and honest. The online scheduling is a breeze. I was able to use a free loaner car to get back to work. Kyle the service advisor didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Michael Neat the tech did a very thorough job with my recent car repair. He communicated his findings and recommendations with respect and knowledge. The price was great for the services. They even have a QC check by a manager to make sure things leave right and a small gift left in the car. I am definitely telling my friends and coworkers about this place.

This was my first time using ProAuto at Middletown, they were recommended by a neighbor. Kyle was the first person that I came in contact with, and he was very friendly. He was extremely polite and thorough about the process of getting my Acura RDX taken care of. I brought my vehicle in for an oil and brake fluid change, Kyle explained to me what the cost of everything was going to be. My technician was Michael and after going over my inspection diagnostic checklist he found that I needed a battery replacement. They sent me a text message that showed the cracking amperage of my battery. Kyle had a battery delivered from a local parts store and Michael changed out my new battery. After everything was taken care of Michael brought my car to the parking lot with a smile on his face and shook my hand. The process was taken care of while I waited. All the staff that I met that morning were friendly and polite, even the dog 🐕 greeted me with a wagging tail.
